Charmeline does not store or process payment card information directly. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers integrated with Shopify.

### 4. Artwork Production & Fulfillment

All artworks are produced on demand and professionally printed by WhiteWall, a certified fine art laboratory specializing in museum-quality prints.

Production begins only after payment confirmation.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping restrictions of the production laboratory.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and international shipping logistics.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.

### 5. Edition Tiers & Pricing

Artworks may be offered in limited editions or tiered releases.

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Example tier structure:

Collector Entry — 7 left — €700
Core Collection — 8 left — €3,500
Consolidation Works — 6 left — €4,000
High Collection — 3 left — €6,500
Final Icon Piece — 1 left — €8,600

Displayed availability is indicative and may change due to concurrent purchases or updates.

### 6. Returns / Defective Items

Because artworks are produced on demand, returns are limited.

If an artwork arrives defective or damaged:

• The customer must provide photographic documentation.
• In certain cases, destruction of the defective artwork may be required as proof.
• A replacement may be issued after verification.

Shipping damage or production defects are handled on a case-by-case basis.

### 7. Intellectual Property

The purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical print only.

All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property remain exclusively with the artist.

The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Charmeline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of artworks shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
