1. Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged artwork.

2. Defective Prints / Destruction Procedure

  • Customer must destroy the defective print
  • Send photo showing the artwork completely destroyed
  • Replacement issued with the same edition number

3. Incorrect Items

Contact within 48 hours for replacement.

4. Non-returnable Items

Custom, on-demand artworks are not returnable for change of mind.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds issued to the original payment method after approval. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
